Northeast Theological Seminary was known as Theological College of Manchuria Christian College which was founded by a member of Church of Scotland in 1894 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

Zhejiang Theological Seminary was established on Oct. 1984 by the Zhejiang TSPM&CCC. The school system is four-year-undergraduate.

Yunnan Theological Seminary was launched in 1950. Till June 2017, there are 782 students graduated from the seminary.

Sichuan Theological Seminary was founded in 1984 by TSPM&CCs in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing. Over the past 33 years, the seminary has more than 700 graduates who serve the church in south-west China. They come from more than 20 ethnic groups including Miao, Yi, Lahu, Lisu and so on. Now there are 81 students studying at the seminary, most of which are ethnic minority students.

Yanjing Theological Seminary was founded in 1986 by TSPM&CCs in Beijing, Tianjing, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and Xinjiang. It provides the future church leaders for the 10 provinces in north and north-west China. It serves as an important base of the Theological Construction in the church in China. And it is also the only theological seminary in Beijing.

Jilin Bible School was founded in 2010. It is in Changchun, Jilin Province. The seminary is to train the clergymen with comprehensive skills, in becoming the people that love the country and the church, adhere to the Three-self Principles of the church in China, and achieve spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, and cooperative development in an all-round way.

Jiangsu Theological Seminary was established in 1998 and is run by Jiangsu TSPM&CC with the approval from State Administration of Religious Affairs of P. R. C. and People's Government of Jiangsu Province. In 2010, the State Administration of Religious Affairs of P. R. C. ratified Jiangsu Theological Seminary to become to a higher theological seminary.
